In 1984 I was born in Aachen Germany. Currently I live and do many business trips in Germany and abroad. My educational backround is information systems management, specialized in information security and mobile engineering. I do have 15+ years of professional international experience in information systems management, specialised in IT Security, mobile business & engineering, business and process management. I spent many years in IT consulting, from 2015-2020 as business owner and executive coach and currently as Chief Information Security Officer for critical infrastructure. My career path was never a single expertise journey. It was always combined with parallel multisectoral projects and a mix of human and computer understanding. I used my vertical knowledge in information technology and information systems to gather horizontal cross-industry experience, including public services, eHealth, pharmaceutical & medical research, transport and mobility, energy, military and aerospace, supply chain, startups, SME´s and more.
As founder and entrepreneur I am used on leadership of international, multicultural and virtual teams. I´m able to understand very quick and help with business, technical and human resource challenges.
As expert for digital innovation and blockchain I do support Inter/National and municipal public institutions and organisations in defining innovative, secure and sustainable projects (HO2020) within the frame of European Commission´s digital single market - digital innovation and blockchain.

My beliefs
Very often in business, we are convinced that things go wrong because of the technology. When we reflect and go back in retrospective we realise, the factors were mixed - Technology, Timing and Team (3T). Due to my experience in cross industries and multicultural businesses, I do have the ability and flexibility, to switch quickly in all 3T topics, understand your specific situation and combine knowledge to dive deeper into your situation.
I do not believe in competition. I believe in co-creation and cooperation. Thus I´m building a strong network of companies with diverse expertise that can support each other at any point with any kind of challenges.

I started coaching because I could have used a coach myself when I was an entrepreneur. Being a startup founder is intensely stressful, from working hard to create a good product, to getting traction with users, to fundraising (and being rejected), to hiring, firing and managing employees, to balancing personal needs.
Being an entrepreneur oftentimes means being alone when analyzing challenging situations, conflicts within /outside the organization, trying to get investment, partners or customers or employees, in decision making, prepare the next steps....you name it. It feels like no one´s there to listen to you or being honest about your greatest fears and visions.
I believe entrepreneurs need optimism, encouragement, affirmation, wise feedback, an open heart, and just an opportunity to be completely and thoroughly honest with themselves.

"Something doesn´t work in the way it should". Intuition is in most cases correct. Communication and openness for an actuall situation is important.
Gathering insights, execute interviews, talk with involved parties are actions to be executed.
Knowledge and awareness about a situation is necessary to define challenges. People and organizations have all the resources to solve any challenge. The key is to activate the right resources, reflect and decide the next moves.
After the decision on a PDCA is following. An iterative 4step management method used to control and continuous improve anything that needs transformation, and caused before a challenge, i.e. processes, products etc.
Is a look back on events or work produced in the past. Goal is to see how the organisation evolves and find new ways to improve. Retrospectives applied in all industries and are also relevant for any business or life situation.
